Bruno Mars mother dies unexpectedly

Bernadette Hernandez  mother of Bruno Mars  died unexpectedly Saturday at the age off 55. Hernandez suffered a brain aneurysm. She passed away at the Queens Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Hernandez was a hula dancer and singer who immigrated from the Philippines and nurtured Mars' musical talents from a very young age. Mars was set to kick off a tour in the U.S. later this month. No word on whether the death will affect the concert schedule.

300 Level Law Student of Unilag Shot!

                                                                         Mr Ola Fowowe a 300 level Law student in the University of Lagos was shot on Friday the 12th of April around the Abule-Oja axis of Akoka. According to him at about 10:17 pm he saw a crowd of people running like mad men chasing nothing only to discover that it was the Police men conducting a raid. In a twinkle of an eye a Police man held him and he tried to explain that he was a student on his way to his house close by. The Policeman refused to listen and gave him a hot slap and another man from a group who were not dressed in Police uniform struck him with a cutlass and ordered him to lie down.
